6/1/1961 SMC Superior Court Final Order of Condemnation. Non-exclusive easement for public utility purposes in favor of Granada Sanitary District

Feb 1961 treatment plant site map shows contour lines, planned access road profile, existing/finished grade, section, with 20’L, 15”D culvert location.

1962: Original 15”D culvert replaced with 36”D CMP. 3/1/1962 Engineer’s Report to Granada Sanitary District states on last page: “Road to Plant:  Heavy runoff proved a small pipe placed at minimum cost to take runoff to be inadequate. Arrangements were made with San Mateo County Road Crews to place a 36” pipe across the road to the plant.  This has been accomplished.”

GCSD response to June 2023 public record request states:
8/30/1961 treatment plant construction completed
4/10/1984 treatment plant demolition completed

1990 Mobilehome Park Drainage Ditch / Detention Basin as-built plans include inlet head-wall & trash grate at existing 36”D culvert.
